The bride-to-be is a graduate of Falls High School and Bemidji State University. She is employed at A & D Supply Company, Tulsa, Okla.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Uniontown High School and Pittsburg State University, Kansas. He is the manager at A & D Supply, Tulsa.

Jenny Louise Gecox and Nicholos Conrad Robert Taylor announce their engagement and forthcoming wedding.

Jenny is the daughter of Jeffrey and Jeanette Gecox, Tower.

Nick is the son of LeRoy and Donna Taylor, International Falls.

Jenny is a graduate of Bemidji State University with a degree in elementary education. She is employed within the International Falls school district.

Nick is a graduate of Wadena Technical College. He is a master plumber employed at Gregg’s Plumbing & Heating, Bemidji.

Autumn Johnson, Northridge, Calif., and Joe Sather, Littlefork, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of the Rev. Kapp and Bonnie Johnson, Thousand Oaks, Calif. Parents of the groom-elect are David and Vonna Sather, Littlefork.

Mr. and Mrs. John Scott, Rainy River, Ontario, and Mr. and Mrs. Allan Bedard, Fort Frances, Ontario, as well as Martin and Rose Steinbach, International Falls, announce the engagement and fast-approaching marriage of their children, Kathleen Scott and Allan Bedard Jr.

The wedding will take place Oct. 4, 2008, at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Thunder Bay, Ontario.

The couple will continue to work and reside in Thunder Bay following their honeymoon.

Jaime Wiebusch and Luke Waller, both of Woodbury, announce their engagement.

Jaime is the daughter of Linda Wiebusch of Red Wing and Ron Wiebusch of Drummond, Wis. Luke is the son of Teresa and Daryl Waller of International Falls.

Jaime is a 2006 graduate of the College of St. Scholastica with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She is currently a student at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.

Cindy Konecny, Shelton, Wash., and Thomas L. Morin Jr., Shelton, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Cindy is the daughter of Leonard Konecny, International Falls, and Sandra Dion, Shelton. Thomas is the son of Thomas and Laura Morin Sr., International Falls. The bride-to-be is employed as a certified nursing assistant at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center, Olympia. The groom-elect is employed at Pro Builders, Shelton. A July 25, 2009, wedding is being planned by the couple.

Dr. Elias LeMoine and Dr. JoAnn Wang would like to announce their engagement. Elias is the son of former International Falls residents Chuck and Sandy LeMoine. He is also the grandson of Darlene and Jerry Richards of Effie, the late Clifford LeMoine, and Mamie and Eugene Leggett of the Falls. JoAnn is the daughter of Jing Wang of Chicopee, Mass., and Hung Shung and Dana Wang of Debary, Fla.

Kelly is the daughter of Steve and Kim Lucca, International Falls, and Thomas is the son of Judy Montgomery, the Falls, and Andy Barg, Littlefork.

A 2 p.m. Sept. 12, 2008, wedding is planned at Nelson’s Landing, Birchdale.

The couple will make their home in the Falls.

Andrea Readman and Bryan Reuter announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Andrea is the daughter of Scott and Cathy Readman, Littlefork, and Bryan is the son of Donald T. Reuter, International Falls, and Cindy and Bob Bruggeman, International Falls.

Andrea is employed as a hair stylist in Maple Grove.

Bryan is employed as a commercial carpenter in Minneapolis.

An Aug. 23, 2008, wedding is planned at the home of the bride’s parents. The couple will make their home in Minnetonka.

Danyelle Carmen Martinez, International Falls, and Benjamin David Deedrick, International Falls, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Danyelle is the daughter of Joe and Trena Martinez and Benjamin is the son of David and Nancy Deedrick, International Falls.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Falls High School and attended Rainy River Community College. She is employed at Dollar Tree.

The groom-elect is a 2001 graduate of Falls High School and also graduated from Rainy River Community College. He is employed at Wagner Construction.
